Change Management

Change Management means more than ensuring that a new initiative is implemented in a system. Effective change management ensures that recommended changes are in line with organizational objectives, that the impact across the system (from both individual and group perspectives) is evaluated, that the proper support to reinforce the change are in place, and that champions are educated and motivated.

All changes to a process, structure, goals, or systems should include elements of both project management and change management. Our team is experienced in developing the change infrastructure and in working with clients to manage the change process.

We do not view Change Management as a standalone engagement, but believe that change needs to be consciously managed in all consulting engagements.
